When You Can Get a Refund

Eligible for Refund

Product doesn't work as described or advertised in the listing

Product is significantly different from what was advertised

You received a broken, incomplete, or corrupted file

Seller fails to deliver custom AI service within agreed timeframe

Duplicate purchase made accidentally (same product, same account)

Product contains malware or is harmful to your system

Product description contains materially false claims

When Refunds Are Not Provided

Not Eligible for Refund

Change of mind after downloading the product

Lack of technical skills to use the product (if requirements were disclosed)

Product modified by buyer and subsequently stopped working

More than 7 days have passed since purchase

Buyer has violated the license terms

Incompatibility with third-party software not listed in requirements

Product was used commercially under single license

Request submitted outside the dispute resolution system

How to Request a Refund

Contact the Seller

First 48 hours

Use our messaging system to reach out. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours. Sellers are required to respond within 72 hours.

Open a Dispute

Days 1–7

If the seller doesn't resolve the issue, open a formal dispute from your order page. Provide evidence: screenshots, error messages, or descriptions.

AI Nexus Review

1–3 business days

Our dispute team reviews both sides and examines evidence. We may contact you or the seller for additional information.

Resolution

5–10 business days

If refund is approved, funds are returned to your original payment method. Sellers are notified of the outcome.

For custom AI services (human-delivered work like prompt engineering, automation setup, or AI consulting), refunds depend on how much work has been completed:

Chargeback Policy

Important: Please contact us before initiating a chargeback.

Chargebacks initiated without first attempting dispute resolution through AI Nexus may result in account suspension. We resolve the vast majority of legitimate disputes within our system quickly and fairly. Contact our support team first — it's almost always faster.

Abuse of Refund Policy

AI Nexus monitors refund patterns. Users who repeatedly request refunds without legitimate grounds, or who appear to exploit our policy to obtain products for free, may have their refund privileges restricted or their accounts terminated.
