When you purchase a product on AI Nexus, you buy a license to use it — not ownership of the intellectual property. Here's exactly what that means.
License Types
For individuals using the product in one personal or commercial project.
Allowed
- Use in 1 personal or commercial project
- No attribution required
- Modify and adapt for your own use
- Use with AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Retain product for your personal use indefinitely
Not Allowed
- Resell or redistribute the product
- Use in multiple client projects
- Create derivative products for sale
- Use in SaaS or subscription products
- White-label or rebrand for other users
For freelancers and agencies delivering projects to multiple clients.
Allowed
- Use in unlimited personal projects
- Use in client projects (up to 10 clients)
- Modify and adapt freely
- No attribution required
- Use in paid client deliverables
- Create internal business tools
Not Allowed
- Resell or redistribute the product as-is
- Create competing marketplace products
- Sublicense to third parties
- Use in public SaaS products serving end users
- Bundle into a product sold to other buyers
Full commercial freedom for SaaS builders, agencies, and enterprises.

- Unlimited commercial use
- Unlimited client projects
- SaaS and subscription-based products
- White-label and rebranding allowed
- Full modification and adaptation rights
- Internal tools, products, and services
- Combine with other products
Not Allowed
- Resell the product as a standalone product
- Transfer or assign the license to other individuals
- Claim authorship or original creation
Product-Specific License Rules
AI Prompts
- Purchased prompts may be used to generate content for any lawful purpose
- The prompt text itself may not be resold or redistributed as a standalone product
- You may use generated outputs commercially under any license tier
- Multi-model use is permitted (use same prompt on ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
Automation Workflows
- Workflows may be deployed in your own n8n/Zapier/Make instance
- Single License: deploy on one workspace only
- Extended/Unlimited: deploy across multiple workspaces and clients
- Workflows may not be resold as templates without Unlimited License
AI-Generated Images & Assets
- Image prompts are licensed under the same framework as other products
- Generated images from purchased prompts may be used commercially
- Sellers must disclose if images were generated with tools that have usage restrictions
- Buyers should verify that the AI tool's own terms allow their intended use
Source Code & Scripts
- You may modify, extend, and use the source code in your projects
- Distribution of the original code is prohibited under all license tiers
- Compiled or packaged applications using the code may be distributed per your license tier
- Attribution is not required but appreciated
General License Terms
- All licenses are granted to the individual buyer only and are non-transferable
- Sellers retain full copyright and intellectual property rights to all their products
- Purchasing a product does not grant you any ownership rights or copyright in the product
- AI Nexus reserves the right to terminate licenses for policy violations
- Your purchase receipt and order history serve as your proof of license
- Licenses do not expire — they remain valid indefinitely once granted
License Enforcement
Sellers actively monitor for unauthorized use of their products. License violations may result in:
Verifying Your License
Your license is stored permanently in your account. To access it:
- Log in to your account and go to My Orders
- Find the relevant purchase and click "View License"
- Download your license certificate (PDF available)
- Your order confirmation email also serves as proof of license
Reporting License Violations
If you believe your product is being used without a proper license, report it to our legal team. Provide:
- Your product listing URL
- Where you found the alleged unauthorized use
- Screenshots or evidence of the violation
- Your seller account information

AI-Generated Content & Third-Party Terms
Third-party AI tool restrictions may apply.
Products using outputs from tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, or Stable Diffusion may be subject to those platforms' own usage restrictions. Sellers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to sell such content. Buyers should review the individual product description and the terms of the underlying AI tool when applicable.
